AFTER-SALES

Along with customer care, SECAN guarantees maintenance and repair of its products.

  • Maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) for heat exchangers and air conditioning systems (aerospace, ground, commercial and military).
  • Customer care includes staff training, which can be carried out on-site, maintenance in operational condition, overhauls and improvement solutions for our products.

As a designer and manufacturer, we have the expertise to identify, analyse and ensure a quality after-sales service for our products.

MAINTENANCE – REPAIR – OVERHAUL

SECAN offers you:

  • An on-site customer repair service, to diagnose, repair and improve its products.
  • A repair service at its Gennevilliers’ site.
  • For commercial activity, SECAN has EASA certifications Part 145; FAA; TCCA for VCS products with an extension project for heat exchangers.
  • For military activity, SECAN is working towards FRA 145 certification.

TRAINING

SECAN offers:

  • Preventive maintenance training.
  • NTI1 & NTI2 training at the Gennevilliers site, or on-site for you.

MAINTENANCE IN OPERATIONAL CONDITION

SECAN provides contracts for maintenance services:

  • Regular review and maintenance.
  • Obsolescence management.
  • Retrofit

OVERHAUL

SECAN offers a delivery service for:

  • Spare parts.
  • Tools (GSE).

CUSTOMER CARE

SECAN offers a support service for:

  • Technical publications.
  • Technical matters.
  • Repair monitoring.
